This Privacy Policy explains how Colecta Games ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use colectagames.com and our games (the "Services"). We keep the data we collect to a minimum — just what we need to run the games and process payments.

We collect the following, depending on how you use the Services:
- Gameplay information — a display name or nickname, room codes, and content you submit or vote on during a game.
- Purchase information — if you buy something, our payment provider Stripe collects and processes your payment details. We receive a confirmation and limited transaction data (such as the last four digits of your card and billing region), but never your full card number.
- Contact information — if you email us, we keep your message and address to respond.
- Technical and usage information — basic data such as browser type, device, and general activity, collected automatically to keep the Services secure and working.
2. How we use your information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the games;
- To process and confirm purchases through Stripe;
- To respond to your questions and provide support;

We share information only as needed to run the Services: with service providers such as Stripe and our hosting and analytics providers, who process data on our behalf; with other players as part of normal gameplay (for example, your display name and submissions); and where required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here — for example, to run a game session, to keep records of purchases, or to meet legal requirements — after which we delete or anonymize it.
7. Your choices and rights

8. Children's privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
